If you are looking for a nice looking moon chair that will look great in the living room and feel luxuriously comfortable, I recommend getting one of the better models.  They cost a bit more, but the cushion and style is well worth the price.  Also known as a papasan chair, roundabout chair or an oval chair, the deluxe versions feature a way better cover.  The difference is that the cover is filled with microfiber, and is plump and plush.  While the inexpensive moon chairs have covers that can’t really come off, these covers come right off for cleaning and hanging in the sun.

Many people have seen these moon chairs before, but don’t realize just how comfortable they are.  While normal chairs and sofas are great for certain things, in my opinion nothing beats a moon chair for just relaxing and reading a good book or watching a movie.  Good adult moon chairs will have a built-in cushion in the upper portion of the chair where your head rests.

Arguably the best feature of these moon chairs is their low price.  For the comfort and versatility you get with these chairs that you can take anywhere, they sure come with a small price tag.  Most moon chairs for adults cost between $30 and $40, with a few that are a bit more expensive.  Sure, you can get those camp chairs at big box stores for a couple bucks less, but the difference is that they don’t have head support, and thus aren’t too comfy for napping in!
